About the role

This is a three‑month, fully remote internship focused on sourcing and managing IT talent. You will work closely with the recruitment team to identify, research, and engage technology professionals for various opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Search for IT professionals on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Research profiles of developers, QA engineers, data engineers, DevOps, project managers and other tech roles.
• Identify and qualify candidates for open positions.
• Maintain and update the IT talent inventory.
• Classify and organize professional profiles.
• Support initial outreach and follow‑up with candidates.
• Help improve recruiting templates and documentation.
• Propose process improvements and automation ideas.

Required profile

• Students in the final semesters or recent graduates of Psychology/HR, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Systems Engineering or related fields.
• Strong research ability, good communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and interest in technology and people.
• Willingness to learn about various IT roles such as Backend Developer, Data Engineer, QA, DevOps, etc.

Required skills

• Ability to conduct detailed online research.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up capabilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional sourcing.
• Interest in technology and basic understanding of IT job functions.
