About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to join our IT Talent & Digital Operations team as an intern. This remote position offers hands‑on experience in IT recruitment, talent sourcing, and digital process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the global search for technical IT profiles on LinkedIn and other social networks.
• Update and maintain an inventory of technical profiles.
• Optimize the company’s online brand presence and service visibility.
• Improve and maintain technical documentation, templates, and internal materials.
• Support the automation of internal processes using digital and AI tools.
• Propose improvements to increase the efficiency of work processes.

Required profile

• Student in the final semesters of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Interest in IT recruitment and talent management.
• Curiosity about technology, digital tools, automation, and AI.
• Proactive, organized, and quick to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
