About the role

This internship supports the efficient management of product returns, ensuring that returned items are handled correctly to reduce costs, increase reuse and recycling, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and tracking of returned product flows.
• Help ensure proper handling of returns to minimize expenses.
• Support initiatives that maximize product reuse and recycling.
• Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction related to returns.

Required profile

• Student in the final semesters or recent graduate of Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Letter of request for internship from the academic institution addressed to Human Resources.
• Updated academic transcript and a copy of a valid identity document.
• Availability to work during regular office hours.
