About the role

This full-time, on-site internship supports the Investment Banking team in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. The intern will assist in preparing and reviewing legal and financial documents related to transactions, gaining exposure to due-diligence processes and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct basic legal and financial research for transaction files.
• Assist in due-diligence procedures and organize supporting documentation.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations and regulatory reports.
• Maintain accurate records and track pending items with internal teams.
• Support communication between investment banking, legal and operations departments.
• Learn and help ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Current third-year student or recent graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong foundation in finance and familiarity with financial markets.
• Analytical mindset to interpret legal and financial information.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Technical level of English.
