About the role

Yango Group is seeking a proactive Partner Support Specialist based in Bolivia. You will build professional relationships with partners, provide guidance on service tools, and help identify growth opportunities while ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

Provide partners with guidelines and documentation regarding service instruments and operations.
Respond to partner queries promptly and accurately.
Facilitate the completion of reports on partner activities.
Monitor, appeal, or remove reviews from partners’ profiles.
Resolve conflicts that may arise between partners and third parties.

Required profile

Strong written and verbal skills in Spanish and English.
A passion for helping and communicating with people.
Good problem‑solving and conflict‑management abilities.
