About the role

Our client, an education‑technology company that also runs a podcast brand, is looking for a part‑time Digital Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for driving qualified leads through paid advertising and social media while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise ROI.
• Create, schedule and publish social‑media content across platforms.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages.
• Write newsletters and marketing emails.
• Track campaign analytics and prepare regular reports.
• Assist with SEO initiatives and support lead‑generation efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong copywriting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently 10–20 hours per week.
• Preferred experience with small businesses or educational organisations.
