Outbound Logistics Coordinator & Analyst

About the role

OA Foods is expanding its outbound logistics function to support retail and e‑commerce partners in the United States. The Outbound Logistics Coordinator & Analyst will own the end‑to‑end flow of shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with retailer requirements while leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track outbound shipments to retail and e‑commerce partners.
• Plan inventory and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and optimize stock levels.
• Identify and implement logistics optimizations to reduce costs and improve routing.
• Manage the Logitrack platform and maintain API integrations with multiple data sources.
• Process and troubleshoot EDI orders from initiation to delivery.
• Oversee inventory and fulfillment across all sales channels.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and advanced formulas for transparent reporting.
• Report performance, inventory, and outbound metrics to Operations Manager and COO.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams and carriers to resolve operational issues quickly.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written) for daily interaction with U.S. retailers and leadership.
• Experience in outbound logistics, fulfillment, or supply‑chain coordination.
• Comfortable working with coding, systems, and API connections.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Hands‑on experience with EDI order processing.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
