Options & Financial Market Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Options & Financial Market Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with options, derivatives, and related financial‑market activities, and will be able to convey complex concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Apply practical knowledge of options and derivatives in day‑to‑day business and client‑facing discussions.
• Explain pricing, structures, strategies, and market behavior, including Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega) and implied volatility.
• Analyze option chains, premiums, expiries, strikes and related market data.
• Support sales and client conversations as an Options Subject‑Matter Expert.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate options‑related insights.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in options, derivatives, trading, brokerage or financial‑markets environments.
• Strong practical understanding of calls, puts, strikes, expiries, option chains and premiums.
• Solid grasp of Options Greeks and implied volatility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Commercially minded, professional and comfortable in client‑facing settings.

Required skills

• Experience with options trading platforms.
• Familiarity with brokerage platforms and market‑data tools.
• Knowledge of common options strategies, including covered‑call structures.
