Mid‑Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – Java/Python, React, TypeScript, AWS

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑senior full‑stack engineer to design, build and maintain scalable backend services and dynamic front‑end applications for our diverse client portfolio. The role offers the chance to own features from concept through deployment while working in a collaborative, fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reliable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate on technical design recommendations for new features.
• Own feature development end‑to‑end, including database schema, backend logic, API and frontend implementation.
• Write unit, integration and functional tests across the full stack.
• Participate in code reviews for both frontend and backend code.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks from database queries to UI rendering.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user‑reported issues across the system.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ClaudeCode, Codex) to boost development efficiency and automate testing and CI/CD tasks.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication.
• Team player motivated by a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Willingness to take ownership of product features.

Required skills

• Java or Python for backend development.
• React and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• AWS services: SQS, SNS, Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, DynamoDB.
• RESTful API design.
• Frontend testing tools: Jest, Cypress.
• Unit, integration and functional testing methodologies.
• AI development tools: Cursor, ClaudeCode, Codex.
