Mid UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid UX/UI Designer to shape user‑centered experiences for complex digital products. Working remotely from Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia or Bolivia, you will join Coforge’s design team to create intuitive, accessible solutions for B2B and data‑intensive platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences for web and native mobile applications.
• Build high‑fidelity prototypes and visual designs using Figma and AI‑assisted prototyping tools.
• Apply design systems and maintain consistency across multiple products.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Incorporate accessibility and inclusive design principles throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a clear design process and user‑centered outcomes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while navigating ambiguity.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
