Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join its talent network and work remotely for U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Design, configure, and deploy the Treasury Automation Suite (TAS) within D365 Finance.
• Integrate banking and payment technologies into the D365 ecosystem.
• Use Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and task management.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high‑quality features on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex system issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience as a Senior D365 Developer or Technical Architect.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• X++ programming language.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O).
• Treasury Automation Suite (TAS) implementation.
• Banking & payment integration technologies.
• Azure DevOps for ALM, deployment, and code management.
• Understanding of D365 architecture, modules, integration frameworks, and APIs.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
