Marketing Specialist (AI‑enabled workflows) – Remote

About the role

You will design and manage AI‑enabled workflows that support enterprise‑level production, helping to generate pipeline and increase brand visibility. This remote position allows you to work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage systems for intake, processing, and optimization of production requests.
• Own production projects from initial request through final delivery.
• Create and maintain automations and integrations for related workflows such as surveys and content audits using AI and no‑code tools.
• Maintain up‑to‑date workflow documentation, version control, and ensure brand and quality compliance across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B marketing projects.
• At least 1 year hands‑on experience with AI tools and workflow integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives, familiarity with no‑code/low‑code tools, and background in B2B or tech marketing.
