Marketing Analyst

About the role

PedidosYa, the leading delivery and quick‑commerce technology company in Latin America, is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join its team in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. You will work closely with local and regional teams to design, launch, and optimise CRM campaigns that drive user engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and structure the communication of CRM campaigns within the app, coordinating with local and regional stakeholders.
• Manage the banner calendar to maximise reach and conversion for marketing actions.
• Create new campaigns in the internal Campaign Tool, ensuring alignment with briefs and strategy.
• Configure and update promotional campaigns and discount coupons on the internal platform.
• Monitor business performance through CRM performance reports and propose strategic improvements.
• Analyse key data to define optimal user segments and support acquisition and retention strategies.

Required profile

• Professional background in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience managing promotions, commercial campaigns, pricing or growth initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets or Excel), including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker or similar.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
