Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator, Advisor Partnerships plays a pivotal role in supporting UJV’s growth by managing the logistical details behind business development initiatives. This includes coordinating industry events, familiarisation (FAM) trips, client gifting, webinars, and reporting to ensure seamless experiences for luxury travel advisors and their exclusive clients.

Key responsibilities

• Organise company participation in networking events, trade shows and conferences, handling invitations, RSVPs, registrations and event materials.
• Develop detailed itineraries for FAM trips, covering flights, accommodation, transport and activities, using FamGuru for itinerary management and agent communication.
• Gather post‑trip feedback to strengthen partner relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Support client gifting initiatives, including flowers, e‑gift cards and branded items, and assist with year‑end gift purchasing.
• Prepare and manage webinars, including registration, Zoom setup and material distribution.
• Collaborate on special projects, override tracking, invoice organization and signed‑agreement filing.
• Run production reports from Tableau and other platforms to support account reviews and client meetings.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in coordination, logistics, events or a related field (hospitality, travel or business‑development support is a plus).
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with the Head of Business Development, Directors and external partners.
