Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our fully remote team at Kensington Media House. In this role you will support three to four e‑commerce client accounts, ensuring that every email and SMS marketing campaign progresses smoothly from brief to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain campaign calendars so each brand stays at least one week ahead of send dates.
• Track and chase all dependencies such as brand assets, platform credentials, and client approvals.
• Manage the approval cycle, routing work to clients, consolidating feedback, and escalating risks.
• Coordinate briefs, copy, design, build and scheduling across account, design and technical teams.
• Act as the communication hub in Slack, keeping threads moving and answering queries promptly.
• Perform pre‑send quality checks including audience segmentation, links, discount codes, rendering and proofing.
• Prepare agendas and materials for client calls, capture actions and ensure follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate account documentation, trackers and internal databases.

Required profile

• Fluent, high‑level written and spoken English (non‑negotiable).
• Strong organisational skills and relentless focus on meeting deadlines.
• Experience working in a performance‑driven marketing agency environment.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
