About the role

The company, a well‑known industrial firm, is looking for a senior HR professional to lead its human resources administration at the Warnes plant. The role focuses on ensuring legal compliance, accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records while supporting the business’s operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the administrative management of Human Resources, guaranteeing compliance with all labor obligations.
• Oversee payroll preparation, benefits administration, and accurate documentation of employee records.
• Develop and implement efficient HR processes that align with the company’s operational objectives.
• Ensure adherence to Bolivian labor laws, contracts, and social benefit regulations.
• Collaborate with plant management to address HR‑related issues and support workforce planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as an HR manager in an industrial environment.
• Proven experience in payroll preparation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Bolivian labor legislation, contracts and social benefits.
• Availability to work onsite at the Warnes plant.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
