About the role

The Financial Control Lead for Customer Experience (CX) will oversee the planning, monitoring, and analysis of operational and capital expenditures, provisions, and commercial costs. This role ensures financial efficiency, sustainability, and provides strategic insights to support decision‑making and achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control CX Opex, Capex, and provision budgets.
• Prepare annual and quarterly budgets and forecasts in coordination with CX management.
• Monitor budget execution and deliver analytical reports with financial KPIs.
• Coordinate control actions for ERC, external services, and commission costs.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities and develop improvement plans.
• Support business cases for CX projects, ensuring budget authorization and execution.
• Manage CARs requests together with business areas.
• Track financial and operational indicators to meet commercial and financial targets.
• Develop and supervise financial and operational KPIs.
• Produce strategic financial analyses and reports for senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Issue required reports for management and the General Manager.
• Continuously improve financial control procedures.
• Oversee purchase order management and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Commercial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Auditing or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar financial control or planning roles.
• Proven experience in budget tracking, Opex, Capex, and provision management.
• Strong background in financial analysis and executive reporting, with ability to identify deviations, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Experience preparing budgets and forecasts in collaboration with multiple departments.
