About the role

We are looking for a strategic Category Manager to lead the retail portfolio, pricing, and commercial planning for our home‑improvement segment in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. This position drives data‑based decisions that directly impact revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the category strategy, including portfolio selection, pricing models, and commercial plans.
• Negotiate directly with strategic suppliers, maintaining margin flexibility.
• Analyze market and customer trends to anticipate shifts rather than react.
• Transform data into actionable results, avoiding unnecessary reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Category Management experience in retail.
• Background in home‑improvement, construction, hardware, or specialized consumer goods.
• Strong expertise in pricing, profitability, and sales analysis (beyond basic knowledge).
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI or a comparable BI tool.
• Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
