About the role
The Category Manager will coordinate and execute activities for assigned product categories, ensuring product distribution across sales points, supporting the sales force and meeting commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the marketing/trade plan for the assigned category.
- Control commercial costs and discounts to align with the business plan.
- Prepare monthly supports that guarantee sales plan compliance.
- Oversee the promotional investment plan for marketing.
- Design and schedule commercial strategies.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Experience in the mass‑market sector (preferred).
- Degree in Administration, Commerce, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Budget management experience.
- Advanced English (preferred).
- Master’s in Marketing, MBA or specialization in commercial areas (preferred).
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, database handling).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
