IT Support & Information Technology Intern – La Paz

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our IT support team in La Paz. The role focuses on providing basic technical assistance, maintaining equipment, and supporting small infrastructure projects while learning continuously.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to internal users.
• Install and update authorized software on workstations.
• Assist in preventive maintenance of hardware and peripherals.
• Record incidents, track their resolution, and follow up with users.
• Collaborate on small infrastructure and network projects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems and computer networks.
• Strong interest in technology and cybersecurity.
• Availability to work full‑time during the internship period.
