Investment Banking Internship

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site internship at Panamerican Securities in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, supports the investment banking team in a variety of client‑facing activities. You will work closely with senior bankers to prepare pitchbooks, corporate presentations, and transaction documentation while gaining exposure to financial analysis and capital‑markets processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse financial and market data for investment opportunities.
• Assist in building financial models and valuation analyses.
• Support due‑diligence processes for potential transactions.
• Prepare concise reports and maintain internal databases.
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver client‑ready materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong ability to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support investment decisions.
• Competence in valuation modeling, financial‑statement analysis, and corporate‑finance concepts.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Spanish; advanced English is a plus.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Academic background in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields; preferably final‑semester students or recent graduates.
• Collaborative mindset, ethical integrity, and genuine interest in investment banking and capital markets.
