Insurance Agent – Healthcare Sector

About the role

The Clinic of the Americas is seeking an Insurance Agent to manage and grow its portfolio of health insurance products and broker relationships. You will advise clients on coverage options while driving commercial performance in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the existing portfolio of insurance policies and broker partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the health sector.
• Advise clients on medical coverage, plan conditions, and insurance options.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and related enterprises.
• Track client satisfaction, ensure retention, and follow up on policy renewals.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators set by the institution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative sales or commercial management, preferably in health or insurance.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
