About the role

BAVARIA S.R.L., a leader in industrial automation, instrumentation and electrical technology in Bolivia, is looking for a Technical Sales and Projects Engineer to strengthen its presence in Santa Cruz. The role combines technical expertise in automation with commercial leadership to drive sales and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and lead the sales force to achieve commercial targets.
• Identify market opportunities and develop technical proposals for industrial clients.
• Oversee automation projects from concept through execution, ensuring technical and commercial success.

Required profile

• Degree in Electronic Engineering (Control & Automation), Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation project development or technical sales within the industrial sector.
• Proven ability to analyze market potential and apply modern sales techniques.

Required skills

• Knowledge of industrial automation equipment, instruments and technologies.
