About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Assurance Engineer who will use data analysis, automation and analytics tools to protect and maximize the company’s income. The role combines data engineering, statistical analysis and business intelligence to detect anomalies, risks and opportunities across our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to identify anomalies, trends and potential revenue‑impacting risks.
• Participate in the identification, prevention and mitigation of revenue assurance risks throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design, develop and implement data‑driven controls, automations and solutions.
• Drive digitalisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce risk and optimise processes.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and monitoring tools to support decision‑making.
• Explore advanced analytics and artificial‑intelligence techniques for anomaly detection, prediction and fraud prevention.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, programming, process control or related areas.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large volumes of data.
• Commitment to integrity, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and data‑visualisation tools.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithmic logic and applied statistics.
• Familiarity with machine‑learning, advanced analytics or AI for anomaly detection and fraud prevention (desired).
