About the role

We are looking for a Senior O&M Engineer to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our digital platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining critical services, driving continuous improvement, and aligning technology with our strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance activities on assigned platforms.
• Lead resolution of high‑complexity technical incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and document solutions.
• Provide advanced (second‑level) technical support for critical applications and platforms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical procedures and solution architecture documentation.
• Develop monitoring tools to analyze performance, detect errors, and identify risks.
• Create and implement scripts or automations to streamline recurring processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service integration.
• Participate in planning and execution of technology updates and migrations.
• Analyze operational trends and metrics to propose strategic improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, technical standards and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operation and maintenance of IT platforms.
• Proven experience with monitoring and analysis tools such as Loki, Prometheus, Zabbix and ELK.
• Strong documentation skills for clear technical communication.
