About the role

The Production Engineer will lead and supervise the production, transport, and dispatch of concrete and aggregates for the Miguillas construction project in La Paz. The role ensures that all activities meet project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor concrete and aggregate production processes.
• Coordinate logistics for material transport and on‑site delivery.
• Calculate work volumes and unit prices to support budgeting.
• Maintain compliance with technical specifications and project timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to resolve production issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aggregate or concrete production for civil construction projects.
• Valid Category A driver’s license and defensive‑driving certification.
• Willingness to reside in a camp on a 21‑day‑on/7‑day‑off schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with structural calculation software.
