Human Resources Assistant

About the role

The Human Resources Assistant will support People Operations LLC in managing end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding. The role also involves handling various HR and operational tasks, providing autonomy while ensuring follow‑up on assigned duties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Publish and manage job openings on LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
• Conduct active search and headhunting for qualified candidates.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
• Guide candidates through the selection and onboarding journey.
• Execute HR processes according to established procedures, including maintaining job descriptions, manuals, and internal documentation.
• Support the evaluation, implementation, and use of HR tools as needed.
• Oversee contractor lifecycle from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Respond to team member inquiries, ensuring resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date personnel records and databases.
• Handle administrative documentation, office supplies, vendor coordination, and internal event planning.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Proven ability to independently manage the full recruitment process.
• Practical knowledge of HR processes and tools.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Experience with psychometric instruments (e.g., Big Five, TIS) is a plus.
