HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Generalist to act as a bridge between the Human Resources department and business units in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The role will support people strategies that align with organisational goals, driving talent development, organisational effectiveness and a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across the organisation.
• Facilitate organisational change and culture‑building projects.
• Manage payroll processes as a mandatory responsibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
