HR Business Partner - Operaciones

About the role

The HR Business Partner – Operations will lead the company’s human resources processes in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, driving organizational improvement and talent development to support long‑term growth and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the HR strategy and People Plan actions, analysing business‑specific data and KPIs to inform decision‑making.
• Provide strategic advice to leaders and managers, aligning talent solutions with business priorities.
• Support performance cycles, talent management, development plans, calibrations, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Lead workforce planning and organisational design, identifying talent gaps and creating attraction, retention and development strategies.
• Ensure HR model alignment by collaborating with People Managers and Centres of Expertise to implement People Plan initiatives.
• Participate in transversal and regional projects, applying continuous‑improvement methods to enhance HR practices and processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Commercial studies or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading HR processes such as training, climate, recruitment, organisational development and conflict management.
• Experience in commercial or industrial companies, preferably multinational.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
