About the role

We are looking for a service‑oriented Hospitality Reservations Specialist to support clients in researching, coordinating, and managing reservation requests. This fully remote position focuses on delivering professional, accurate service while handling client preferences and reservation details.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with reservation inquiries and requests.
• Research accommodations, services, activities, and available options.
• Coordinate reservation details based on client preferences.
• Review confirmations and documentation for accuracy.
• Communicate reservation information, updates, and modifications.
• Maintain organized client records and track outstanding requests.
• Liaise with hospitality and service providers to resolve reservation‑related questions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable researching information online and learning web‑based systems.
• Professional, dependable, and able to follow up effectively.
• Previous hospitality, reservations, or customer‑service experience is helpful but not required.
