Hospitality Business Support Manager

About the role

The Hospitality Business Support Manager will lead the business support function for a busy, commercially focused hospitality operation. You will ensure that teams have the systems, financial information, processes and support needed to deliver excellent service, while driving continuous improvement across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the hospitality administration and business support team.
• Oversee financial administration including income processing, invoicing, reconciliations, internal recharges and reporting.
• Maintain accurate, efficient and compliant systems, records and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams to support hospitality systems, reporting, planning and decision‑making.
• Review existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and service quality.
• Build strong relationships across the department and provide professional, responsive support to colleagues and customers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and excellent service.

Required profile

• Organised and confident people manager with experience in a busy operational environment.
• Level 4 qualification or equivalent professional experience in business administration, finance or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing an administration or business support team.
• Strong understanding of financial administration, budgeting, reporting and commercial processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with operational colleagues and stakeholders.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of improving processes and operational efficiency.
