Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to own the candidate experience for both internal and external openings. Working fully remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, ensuring smooth communication, timely interviews, and accurate record‑keeping throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with candidates, providing updates and preparing them for each stage of the hiring process.
• Record and organize applicant data, including resumes, assessments, and interview feedback.
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, and soft‑skill fit against job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while keeping candidates engaged.
• Serve as the central point of contact during client interviews, relaying information between candidates and hiring managers.
• Deliver detailed candidate summaries to the staffing team to facilitate optimal resource allocation.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
