Healthcare Research Analyst – Hospital & Health System Focus

About the role

Our client, a U.S.-based research and strategy firm serving the healthcare sector, is looking for a Healthcare Research Analyst. The role focuses on delivering data‑driven insights for hospitals and health systems across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end research projects targeting hospitals and health systems.
• Collect, analyse and synthesize market data to produce actionable insights.
• Collaborate with senior researchers to craft strategic recommendations for clients.
• Monitor industry trends, policy updates and system‑level changes.
• Help create client deliverables that are informative, visually engaging and strategically aligned.

Required profile

• Experience in medical scribing, transcription, billing/coding or related healthcare documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Healthcare Administration, English, Journalism or a related field.
• Strong analytical, writing and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Good understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and hospital operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Keynote.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with design or visualization tools (graphic‑design experience is a plus).
