Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our B2B team in Santa Cruz. This position offers hands‑on experience across outbound email, paid media, SEO, analytics, and partner‑led initiatives, allowing you to directly contribute to pipeline growth while developing a broad skill set.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimise outbound email campaigns using tools such as Clay or Apollo, including audience segmentation and lead‑generation workflows.
• Support paid media execution on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, handling campaign setup, budget monitoring, analysis, and A/B testing.
• Conduct SEO activities: keyword research, on‑page optimisation, content alignment and basic technical SEO support.
• Track website traffic and campaign performance with GA4 and related reporting platforms, producing regular growth reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate lead‑generation efforts with external agencies and partners, ensuring visibility of performance and follow‑up opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align growth initiatives with business goals and B2B pipeline generation.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, lead quality and channel results.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B environment.
• Professional fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, or able to work onsite at our office.
