Growth Marketing Specialist (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimise B2B acquisition initiatives for a fast‑growing company serving US‑based clients. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution across inbound and outbound channels, aiming to generate qualified business leads.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch B2B customer acquisition and demand‑generation campaigns using email, LinkedIn, paid media, and content.
• Create prospecting sequences, segmentations, account lists and automated flows to engage decision‑makers.
• Configure, manage and optimise CRM, prospecting and sales‑automation tools.
• Plan, set up and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate landing‑page, form and sales‑material creation and continuous improvement.
• Implement measurement systems, dashboards and reports to evaluate channel performance and funnel conversion.
• Produce positioning and market‑education content to support conversion.
• Leverage AI tools for research, segmentation, personalisation and analytics.
• Propose, test and document growth experiments, sharing learnings with the team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Revenue Marketing within B2B environments.
• Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with direct execution of digital campaigns and funnels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring conversion metrics and reporting.
• Self‑starter, proactive and comfortable coordinating with external vendors.
