About the role

TERRACOR is looking for a motivated Legal Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will handle legal procedures, documentation, and client interactions, primarily within the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, manage, and track legal procedures and paperwork.
• Prepare and manage meeting minutes and related documentation.
• Review notarial documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide basic guidance and orientation to clients regarding legal matters.

Required profile

• Graduate or holder of a Law degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar legal role, preferably in real‑estate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong ability to draft and review legal documents.
• Customer‑focused attitude with problem‑solving capabilities.
