About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead high‑performing teams, optimise operations and drive projects that deliver measurable impact. This strategic position will focus on boosting efficiency, fostering innovation and championing continuous improvement across our engineering and maintenance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering, maintenance and facilities teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, budgeting and project delivery.
• Oversee the management of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and HVAC systems.
• Drive change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with business leaders to align engineering activities with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience leading engineering, maintenance or facilities areas.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, projects and large‑scale infrastructure.
• Strong decision‑making skills and experience working in flexible schedules to meet operational needs.
