Gerente Comercial (CCO) – Ventas Integradas

About the role

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will lead and structure FinUp's integrated commercial function, unifying the sale of technology infrastructure, licensing, software development and AI solutions for corporate, financial and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated commercial strategy across infrastructure, licensing, software/AI and agro‑industrial solutions.
• Define, present and manage the commercial budget, forecasts and profitability targets per line of business.
• Lead and develop the commercial team, coordinating with pre‑sales engineering on proposal creation.
• Sponsor and prioritize high‑value strategic accounts (banks, public sector, large corporates) at C‑level and board level.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, engineering and operations to deliver integrated value propositions.
• Define strategic alliances and negotiate high‑level commercial agreements with partners and manufacturers.
• Maintain a rigorous commercial pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM tracking and reliable forecasts for senior management.
• Report commercial progress, results and risks regularly to the General Management and Board.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering or Business Administration; MBA or similar postgraduate education is a plus.
• 8‑10+ years of commercial experience in the technology sector, with at least 3‑5 years leading commercial teams or high‑level accounts.
• Proven experience in commercial budgeting, forecasting and EBITDA‑based profitability management.
• Deep knowledge of the Bolivian technology market and its key decision‑makers.
• Experience in the financial/banking sector and an active network of CIOs, CISOs and IT managers is desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is a plus.
