Forward Deployed Engineer (Python + AI) - Remote - Latin America

About the role

FullStack is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise clients, identify AI‑driven opportunities, design and ship production‑ready agentic systems, and ensure they operate reliably after launch. This remote role serves regulated industries and Fortune 500 companies across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders to surface true AI problems and assess data readiness.
• Architect end‑to‑end agentic solutions, focusing on retrieval, context, hybrid search, knowledge graphs, and human‑in‑the‑loop safeguards.
• Build and ship production systems—including agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling—using CI/CD pipelines that version prompts, contexts, and tests.
• Own day‑2 operations: monitoring, cost and latency management, drift detection, and hand‑off to client teams.
• Present designs and impact metrics to C‑level leaders and support pre‑sales scoping when needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong Python proficiency (or TypeScript/Node.js).
• Delivered at least one production‑grade agentic AI solution, LLM workflow, or RAG architecture.
• Advanced English and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience leading client‑facing discovery calls and translating business needs into technical designs.
• Hands‑on experience with AI developer tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
