About the role
We are seeking experienced barbers who are ready to relocate to the Nordic region and join our partner salons. This full‑time, permanent position offers a strong salary package and comprehensive support for your move.
Key responsibilities
- Perform hair and beard cuts for clients.
- Provide exceptional client service and product sales.
- Open and close the salon, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain clean and organized common areas.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of professional barber experience or a certified barber qualification.
- Intermediate to high level of English.
- European passport.
- Driver’s licence preferred but not mandatory.
- Good social‑media skills are a plus.
