About the role

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Search team and identify leadership talent for BairesDev and its clients. This remote position focuses on building high‑impact teams through strategic recruitment and candidate assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop search strategies to identify executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and placement processes.
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment.
• Develop professional networks to source qualified candidates.
• Stay informed about market trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and candidate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with the US market recruitment landscape.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Candidate assessment expertise.
