Executive Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Executive Search team. In this fully remote position you will identify and attract senior‑level talent for both internal leadership roles and client organizations, helping to build high‑impact teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies for executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage the placement process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks and stay current on market trends to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably at the executive level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with the U.S. market recruitment landscape.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
