About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the creative direction for a portfolio of clients who need to elevate their social media communication. You will translate business objectives into compelling concepts, angles and hooks that capture audience attention. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and production, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with the client’s brand and goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the creative strategy for multiple client accounts.
• Interpret client briefs and turn them into clear, actionable creative concepts.
• Lead the production team, coordinate shooting days and oversee content creation.
• Define the storytelling approach and visual language for campaigns across digital channels.
• Collaborate with account managers and designers to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate on creative ideas to improve engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creating and executing creative strategies for brands.
• Ability to understand client objectives and guide internal teams from day one.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands‑on mindset with a track record of delivering high‑impact social media content.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
