About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Specialist to join a leading team in Santa Cruz. The role focuses on providing day‑to‑day support, administration, and optimization of SAP environments for internal users. The specialist will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support and resolve user requests related to SAP applications.
• Administer SAP user accounts, manage permissions, and configure system settings.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SAP modules including Finance, Purchasing, Sales and Inventory.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure smooth operation of SAP processes.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of SAP HANA performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum four years of experience in SAP support and administration.
• Proven ability to handle internal user requirements and deliver timely solutions.
• Experience with SAP security and role design is highly valued.

Required skills

• SAP (Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory modules).
• SAP HANA.
• User administration, permission management and system configuration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP transaction codes and reporting tools.
