About the role
We are looking for a WhatsApp Business API Specialist to design, implement and optimise our commercial communication infrastructure. The role is remote and project‑based, supporting Grupo AVENTUS’s sales team in Bolivia.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy and configure the WhatsApp Business API and associated WABA numbers.
- Set up Meta Business Manager, multi‑user inboxes and lead distribution workflows.
- Integrate WhatsApp messaging with existing CRM and automation platforms.
- Create and manage message templates, flows and routing rules.
- Monitor and improve message quality, deliverability and account stability.
- Ensure compliance with Meta policies and best‑practice guidelines.
Required profile
- Proven experience implementing WhatsApp Business Platform/API solutions.
- Strong technical background with CRM systems and automation tools.
- Ability to design end‑to‑end architecture and guide a multi‑user commercial team.
- Problem‑solving mindset and capacity to work independently.
