About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Digital Trafficker) to join our growing agency in Santa Cruz. The role focuses on planning, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google platforms, driving measurable results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage advertising budgets and strive to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Analyze performance metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Prepare clear reports highlighting key performance indicators and optimization suggestions.
• Conduct A/B tests and implement ongoing improvements to campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to meet client objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Ability to interpret data using Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4 and spreadsheet tools.
• Organized, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Passion for learning, experimenting and continuous improvement.
