About the role

The Product Specialist will manage the full product lifecycle at Ad Bomesco, from market need analysis to sales performance monitoring. This full‑time, onsite position is based in La Paz, Bolivia and works closely with sales and customer‑service teams to ensure products meet user expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee the product lifecycle, from market analysis to post‑launch performance tracking.
• Coordinate with sales and customer‑service teams to present products accurately and address user needs.
• Create technical datasheets, commercial collateral, and internal training materials.
• Analyze sales data, pricing, and competitor information to recommend improvements and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Product Specialist or in product portfolio management.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and commercial processes.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales metrics, market studies and performance data.
• Proficiency with office tools and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical features and drafting product documentation.
• Experience supporting sales teams, identifying user needs and delivering results.
