About the role

This full‑time remote position involves providing accurate English‑Spanish medical interpretation in both Over‑the‑Phone (OPI) and Video Remote (VRI) settings. You will support healthcare, social services, customer service and financial calls.

Key responsibilities

Deliver consecutive interpretation over the phone and via video between English and Spanish.
Facilitate clear communication between providers and patients to ensure proper care.

Required profile

Fluency in English and Spanish with proven remote interpretation experience.
Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field and knowledge of medical terminology.

Required skills

Ethernet‑connected computer (Wi‑Fi not permitted).
Noise‑cancelling microphone and USB headset (Logitech H390, Jabra GN, Plantronics Blackwire C3220, or Microsoft Lifechat LX‑6000).
