English‑Spanish Medical Interpreter (Remote)

About the role

Kreato Language Group LLC is seeking a full‑time remote English‑Spanish Medical Interpreter to provide accurate consecutive interpretation for medical, social services, customer service, and financial calls. The role blends Over‑the‑Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) to ensure clear communication between healthcare providers and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consecutive interpretation in English and Spanish over phone and video platforms.
• Facilitate communication in medical, social services, customer service, and financial settings.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times.
• Accurately convey medical terminology and patient information.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven remote interpretation experience in medical contexts.
• Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.

Required skills

• Excellent listening and communication abilities.
• Ability to work with required hardware (ethernet connection, noise‑cancelling headset, 1080p camera).
• Proficiency with modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and a computer meeting i5‑or‑higher specifications.
