Engineering Manager

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and lead multidisciplinary engineering, maintenance and facilities teams.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for infrastructure projects, maintenance programs and cost‑control initiatives.
• Drive change management and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, financial tracking and resource allocation for engineering activities.
• Ensure high reliability of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and HVAC systems.
• Plan, negotiate and solve complex operational problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in engineering, maintenance or facilities management.
• Proven expertise in maintenance management, infrastructure projects, budgeting and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours and make strategic decisions.
